1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the bji66 platform and all of its services. "bji66", "we", "platform" refers to the bji66.lat website and all associated services. "User", "you" refers to any person registered on or using services from this platform.

bji66 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified at their registered email address. If you continue to use the platform after any changes, you are considered to have accepted the updated terms.

These terms may be available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version will be considered authoritative.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on bji66 and use any gaming service, you must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Registration by anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. Providing false information during age verification will result in immediate account closure and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Registration Process

• Each user may create only one account.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete.
• If any information changes, the account must be updated as soon as possible.
• Creating multiple accounts with the same mobile number or email address is prohibited.
• Only one active account may be operated from a single household or device.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

bji66 follows an identity verification process to maintain a safe and transparent environment. For withdrawal requests, large transactions, or suspicious activity, bji66 may request the following documents: National ID (NID), passport, or birth registration certificate, and bank account or mobile banking details. If documents are not provided within the specified time, transactions may be placed on hold.

3. Account Security

The security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Keep your password and login details confidential and do not share them with anyone.

• Do not share your account with others.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.
• If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity, notify the support team immediately.
• bji66 will not be held liable in any way for unauthorized transactions on an account if they occur due to the user's own negligence.
• Change your password regularly and use a strong password.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on bji66 is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Currently accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposit amounts are added to the account immediately and generally require no additional processing time.

• Using the correct reference number at the time of deposit is mandatory.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits made through a third party are prohibited.
• Any issue with a deposit amount must be reported to support within 24 hours.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Successfully verified withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name.
• Withdrawal processing may be on hold if the wagering requirements for all bonuses have not been met.
• Withdrawals may be blocked if identity verification has not been completed.
• In cases of suspicious activity, withdrawals may take additional time for review.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bji66 offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive this bonus. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15 times (15x), meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before a withdrawal can be made.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion may be used only once.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• Bonuses may have a specific time limit — unused bonuses will be cancelled after expiry.
• bji66 reserves the right to change or cancel promotion terms at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the account will be investigated and the bonus may be cancelled.
• Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable — withdrawal is only possible after wagering requirements have been met.

5.3 VIP Program

The bji66 VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier. Promotion to a higher tier depends on the user's overall activity and loyalty. Special terms related to VIP benefits are provided separately.

6. Gaming Rules

Every game on bji66 is operated according to specific rules. Fair play is ensured across all games.

6.1 Betting Rules

• A placed bet cannot be cancelled unless it has not been confirmed due to a technical error.
• Any winnings resulting from a software error or system malfunction will be considered void.
• A maximum bet limit may be set for a specific event or game round.
• Event schedules are determined according to Bangladesh Standard Time (BST).

6.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

Specific rules apply to betting on all cricket events including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments. If a match is abandoned or suspended, bets will be settled according to bji66's policy.

6.3 Live Casino

In live dealer games, the dealer's decision will be considered final. In the event of a technical error, the result of the last valid game round will apply.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bji66 platform:

• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts by the same person or attempting to claim bonus benefits through them.
• Money Laundering: Transferring illegal funds or engaging in any financial criminal activity.
• Cheating and Fraud: Exploiting software errors, playing with bots, or any form of cheating.
• Bonus Abuse: Intentionally placing low-risk bets to meet bonus wagering requirements.
• Using Another Person's Account: Logging into or operating another person's account without permission.
• Hacking and Cyber Attacks: Any attempt to breach the security of the platform.
• False Information: Providing false or misleading information during registration or the verification process.

8. Responsible Gaming

bji66 gives the highest priority to responsible gaming. Gaming is for entertainment — not a means of earning a living.

• You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• You can request that your account be temporarily or permanently closed if needed.
• If signs of gambling addiction appear, seek professional help.
• Do not game while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Only play with money that you can afford to lose without it causing problems in your life.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the bji66 platform — logos, trademarks, designs, software, games, text, graphics, and other elements — is the intellectual property of bji66 or its licensors. Using, copying, distributing, or modifying these assets without permission is strictly prohibited.

• Site content may not be used for any purpose other than personal viewing.
• Creating any third-party website or service using the bji66 brand or logo is prohibited.
• The intellectual property of game providers (Pragmatic Play, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, etc.) is protected under their own terms and conditions.

10. Limitations and Liability

bji66 is not liable for the following:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or device-related issues.
• Issues arising from errors in third-party software or payment gateways.
• Loss of account or funds due to the user's own negligence.
• Service disruptions due to natural disasters, cyber attacks, or any other unavoidable circumstances.
• No compensation will be provided for loss of profit or indirect financial loss.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

11.1 bji66's Rights

bji66 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a violation of any clause of these terms is found.
• If identity verification fails.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
• Due to a court order or legal obligation.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period (as per the applicable policy).

11.2 User Rights

You may request to close your account at any time. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw available funds before the account is closed, unless any transaction is under investigation.

12. Changes & Updates

bji66 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavor to notify users at least 7 (seven) days in advance.

If you continue using the platform after the updated terms take effect, you will automatically be considered to have accepted the new terms. We therefore recommend reviewing this page regularly.
